Warba Takaful to implement state-of-the-art Insurance system

Warba Takaful Insurance Company K.S.C has signed a software agreement last week with 3i Infotech Limited, Dubai, to supply & implement a comprehensive business solution for all classes of its Insurance requirements. 3iInfotech Limited provides IT Solutions for banking, finance, insurance, e-Governance, manufacturing, retail and distribution.

Warba Takaful, after its conversion in March 2007 to comply with Islamic provisions, has expanded its operations in various sectors of the Industry catering to General Insurance in Motor, Marine, Life, Fire & General Accidents along with Health Insurance. Warba Takaful chose to implement ‘Premia’ as it required an enterprise business solution with high efficiency & adaptability that could meet & exceed the diverse and unique needs of its clientele both now & into the future.

Premia will enable Warba Takaful Insurance to integrate seamlessly, the functions of quotations, Policy issuance, Claims processing, Reinsurance and Accounting so that all customer needs are met thoroughly in the best method possible, thereby increasing work efficiency and customer satisfaction level to a great extent. The system implementation is expected to start from April and would span a project period of 6 months.
