Dana Medicare Characteristics

Geogaphical Scope : Kuwait
Period of insurance : One Year
Age band : new born up to 60 years of age are covered
Covers the emergency Treatment whilst the insured person is out side the country traveling on holiday or Business trip.
Every insured member will be provided a medical card to help the member use it for direct billing with all the hospitals /   
    clinics having agreement with Warba Takaful Insurance Company .
Direct Billing Facilities can be used for In/Out patient Treatment with all the hospitals , medical clinics & medical center

Medical Claims will be settled for the insured person on result of sickness or accident covering the charges of 
    Inpatient Treatment , Out Patient Treatment , Surgery fees , lab tests fees , X-rays and prescribed medicine  in accordance
    with the maximum annual benefit limits of Dana Medicare Plan , which is a fundamental part of the policy.
 

Covers A personal accident Insurance with the following Benefits : -

Loss of life due to accident cover KD.3000/-
Permanent Total Disability due to accident KD.3000/-
